The system is specifically designed for the production and mixing of cleaning agents. At its core is a centrally integrated high-quality stainless-steel mixing tank with a cup-type agitator. The specially designed agitator ensures excellent mixture homogeneity while simultaneously reducing foam formation during the mixing process. The robust stainless-steel construction also provides durability, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning. The dosing components are compactly arranged directly on the mixing tank. A dosing unit with twin screw conveyor ensures controlled material feeding, while the drip-feed container and ethanol injection nozzles allow precise addition of further ingredients. In addition, a pump feeds various liquid media into the mixing tank via individually controlled valves, enabling different components to be added to the mixing process precisely and as required. The compact arrangement of all components ensures short dosing paths, precise recipe dosing, and a homogeneous mixing process. This enables cleaning agents to be produced efficiently, reproducibly, and with a high degree of process reliability.
