Reference projects

The gigantic buffertank with a diameter of 4.2 m and a height of almost 18 m is the latest major project. With a volume of over 200,000 liters, this is the largest storage tank that can be manufactured in our factory. Completion and delivery took place at the end of August 2023.

The powerful ducting system, serving as an exhaust system, has a diameter of three meters and a total length of approximately 70 meters. The system was planned, manufactured, and put into operation within a span of three months.

For the manufacturing of GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) pipes used for various applications, four fixtures have been produced for the company INWA. The diameters (Ø 2000 - 3600 mm) and lengths (6500 - 8000 mm) of the fixtures were custom-made to meet the customer's requirements. Each mandrel consists of two halves connected by a joint and equipped with hydraulic cylinders to give shape to the pipe. The pipe is formed by wrapping multiple layers of GRP mats to achieve the desired thickness. After the GRP pipe has cured, the hydraulic cylinders are retracted, reducing the diameter of the mandrel, allowing the fixture to be pulled out from the hardened GRP pipe.

The two buffer tanks, measuring approximately 16.3 meters in height and 2.6 meters in diameter, were constructed in the year 2014. These tanks were installed in Lupfig, Switzerland, specifically in the canton of Aargau.
