The 22-ton heating storage tank, with a diameter of 4 meters and a height of approximately 15 meters, is set to supply around 500 properties in Bregenz and Wolfurt in the future. With insulation, the storage tank reached a diameter of 4.6 meters. The spectacular transport took place during the night.

The gigantic buffer tank, measuring 4.2 meters in diameter and nearly 18 meters in height, is a major large-scale project. With a capacity of over 200,000 liters, it is the largest tank that can be manufactured at our facility. Completion and delivery took place at the end of August 2023.

The powerful ducting system, serving as an exhaust system, has a diameter of three meters and a total length of approximately 70 meters. The system was planned, manufactured, and put into operation within a span of three months.

For the manufacturing of GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) pipes used for various applications, four fixtures have been produced for the company INWA. The diameters (Ø 2000 - 3600 mm) and lengths (6500 - 8000 mm) of the fixtures were custom-made to meet the customer's requirements. Each mandrel consists of two halves connected by a joint and equipped with hydraulic cylinders to give shape to the pipe. The pipe is formed by wrapping multiple layers of GRP mats to achieve the desired thickness. After the GRP pipe has cured, the hydraulic cylinders are retracted, reducing the diameter of the mandrel, allowing the fixture to be pulled out from the hardened GRP pipe.

The two buffer tanks, measuring approximately 16.3 meters in height and 2.6 meters in diameter, were constructed in the year 2014. These tanks were installed in Lupfig, Switzerland, specifically in the canton of Aargau.
