Efficient Mixing System
The maintenance-free gearbox and adjustable mixing components made of Hardox steel deliver excellent results – with both fine and coarse materials with aggregate sizes up to 32 mm. The universal mixing system processes almost any material without additional specialised equipment.

Outstanding Safety
The DZ 500V is CE-compliant and equipped with modern safety features, including a hinged safety grille with a limit switch and a discharge safety grille.

Robust Construction
A highly wear-resistant mixing drum and a heavy-duty base frame ensure durability and stability.

Powerful Motor
The DZ 500V is available with powerful 18.5 kW or 30 kW motors. This makes it ideal for demanding mixing materials and continuous operation under heavy loads.

Stationary Version
Special support feet and a heavy-duty base frame ensure outstanding stability. The mixing drum made of highly wear-resistant steel provides a long service life – even under intensive use.

Convenient Discharge
The mixer can be emptied quickly via a hydraulically operated segment slide gate in the base of the mixing drum. A permanently installed discharge safety grille ensures maximum safety.
